From Monday 8 to Friday 26 October 2018 Transdev Sydney, operators of the light rail network, and our partner companies are working together to reduce the impact of rail noise impact on local residents by improving the performance of the friction management devices located between the Glebe light rail stop and the Glebe tunnel.

Our activities will include:
• trialling noise-specific tests with lubrication mitigation removed
• trialling different lubricants on the rail.

Improvements like these are one of the ways that we will continue to offer the Glebe community a reliable and safe transport service.
